Rotring 'Side Knock' Pen & Pencil Set, Blue Marble Lacquer, Gold Trim

Rotring "Side Knock" ballpoint pen and 0.5 mm mechanical pencil in a blue marble lacquer finish with gold trim. The Side Knock was one of the most unique writing instruments ever made - there is no obvious way to advance the point or lead. To advance the point or lead, you bend the pen or pencil in the middle by about 15 degrees. The pen uses the standard international size D1 mini refill - we stock the Rotring, Schmidt, Parker and Lamy brands in our store (under Refills & Accessories). The pencil uses any 0.5 mm lead (no eraser on the Side Knock pencils). New old stock, no longer in production.
