Original design Rotring TIKKY "Special" ballpoint pen. Plastic barrel, comfortable Rotring ergonomic wave-form writing grip, light weight. Utilizes the Parker-style refill (equipped with a blue Rotring Giant refill). New old stock, no longer in production. Made in Germany.
