Classic 1930's flat top design Edison fountain pen in a beautiful acrylic resin with gold trim. Equipped with a German-made JoWo #6 polished stainless steel, iridium-tipped nib for precise ink flow (available in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, 1.1 mm Italic or 1.5 mm Italic points). Nib is also available in solid 18k gold (add $130) in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium or Broad. Converter for use with bottled ink included. Edison presentation/gift box.
*What is Aurum? Gold gets its English name from the Germanic word gulþa (meaning gold). The Old English word geolu means yellow. In Latin, gold was called aurum. This is why the chemical symbol for gold is Au.
