The online picture just doesn't do justice to how nice this pen appears .
Not only is it good looking in a timeless classy way it is a wonderful writing experience.
The pen is well balanced in the hand and the JoWo nibs are really good quality.

Rosetta. Magellan EF Burnt Umber Review

Posted by Doug Rising on May 1 2017

I just received it 4/28/17. Nice box and spring open/shut clasp. First, I own. about. 80 pens which average $25.00 each. Nothing over $100.00.
This pen is visually STUNNING. Fit and finish are first rate. and I saw no imperfections in workmanship. It is not an exaggeration to say that I was almost tempted to set the open box on a shelf and just admire it for a week or two.
I decided to only dip. the German EF nib rather than to fully ink it up. I used a Noodlers black and a Rhodia notebook to test the. nib. It wrote flawlessly. I have a fairly wide palm but posted or uuposted, the pen was balanced and did not feel top-heavy.

If the review seems "gushing" , it is. It is easily worth $100.00 and, in my opinion, a steal at. $69.00.

It is not a pen to use as an EDC.I I will use my pen for letter writing and to carry only on special. occasions.
